Welcome to CARLUX! By booking or using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
CARLUX provides mobile detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, waxing, and polishing. The scope of services will be as outlined in your booking confirmation.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A confirmation will be sent upon booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: CARLUX accepts cash, credit, and debit cards.
Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as service not being provided as agreed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Vehicle Accessibility: Ensure your vehicle is easily accessible and parked in a safe, suitable location for mobile detailing services.
Vehicle Condition: Remove personal items from the vehicle before the appointment. CARLUX is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Power and Water Access: If required, customers must provide access to power and water at the service location.
Excessive Dirt and Debris: If a vehicle is excessively dirty (e.g., extreme stains, pet hair, heavy mud), additional charges may apply.
5. Pricing and Service Finalization
The final price of the service is subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle.
Excessive dirt, stains, or other conditions requiring extra time or effort may result in an increased price.
The detailing technician will finalize the service price upon arrival and assessment of the vehicle before work begins.
6. Protection Film Disclaimer
CARLUX applies protective film to vehicles as part of certain services. However, we cannot guarantee that the protection film will last for the full duration of the advertised term.
It is the client's responsibility to maintain the protection film by using our services or following proper cleaning and restorative methods.
Regular use of commercial car washes will strip away any protection applied, thus nullifying the effectiveness of any work done to your vehicle.
7. Service Limitations
CARLUX will make every effort to provide high-quality service but cannot guarantee the complete removal of severe stains, odors, or deep scratches. The outcome may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
8. Liability
CARLUX is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
Damage caused by defective vehicle components (e.g., loose trims, faulty windows).
Any damage or loss resulting from delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
